Building Moving & Heavy Hauling FAQ
Can you move a brick or masonry house?
Yes. Masonry houses need careful engineering and an even, unified lift, which is exactly what our jacking system is built for.
Who handles permits and utilities?
We do: route surveys, DOT and local permits, escorts, and coordinating utility disconnects and reconnects.
How heavy a load can you move?
Our unified jacking system has 135 tons of straight capacity on 9 ports and much more when zoned. For loads over 300 tons, we add hydraulic dollies through our industry partners.
Do you move boats and barges?
Yes. We move barges, smaller ships and other vessels overland for dry docking, repairs or relocation.
How far can you move a building?
It depends on the route, but we handle moves across Michigan and the surrounding Great Lakes states.
